My reminders didn’t arrive
Check Settings → Kounts Due → Notifications in iOS, and that Reminders is on inside the app (Settings tab). iOS allows 60 scheduled notifications at once; Kounts Due tops them up in the background and whenever you open it. Also check Low Power Mode and Focus settings.
The scanned date is wrong
Document reading can make mistakes. Always check the date before saving; you must tick “I’ve checked the expiry date”. You can edit any item afterwards.
I want my data off iCloud
Settings → Delete all data removes items and scans from this device and your iCloud account. Export a backup first if you might want them back.
My items won’t open
If Kounts Due can’t read its saved library it will offer to restore from a backup or start fresh. The unreadable file is never deleted; you can share it with us from that screen.
Moving to a new iPhone
Turn on iCloud sync, or export a backup (Settings → Export backup) and import it on the new device.
